DJ Tanco Demuel Tanco AKA DJ Tanco was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico is 38 yrs old. He presently resides in New York City and has been spinning music since the age of 13.

The talented DJ Tanco has spun music in many of the city's famous night clubs such as the Limelight, Roxy, Palladium, Jimmy's Bronx Cafe, The Tunnel, Club Heaven, Club Deep, China Club's Jade Terrace, Stonewall, Hathfields, Club Cheetah, The Octagon and many other places. He's also played for military bases on the West Coast when he was in the service as a Marine.

In New York City he presently has residency at Mi Gente Cafe and Cherry's on Fire Island. He specializes in music categories such as Salsa, Merengue, Classic Dance Music, Doo Wop, Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggae, Mainstream Dance, and Underground House but his main forte is Tribal House & Progressive House. DJ Tanco's main objective is to make sure he is running 99% to 100% song requests for his patrons which are very important in today’s competitive Mobil Disc Jockey market. DJ Tanco also has the ability to send massive energy to the dance floor on any type of crowd he is challenged with whether it be Gay, Lesbian, Straight or the private party sector, the explosive electrifying energy is always present.
